The purpose of these is for you to feel 100% confident in making your next move. Then, if the vibes are right, we’ll put together a custom proposal that will meet your specific needs within your budget.

At minimum, services will include:

Full logistics management, budget allocation guidance, and milestone checklists

Trusted vendor sourcing, vetting, and comprehensive contract coordination

Up to 6 structured planning sessions (in-person or video), including final venue walkthroughs

Unlimited ongoing communication via phone or email for advice and problem-solving

Complete creation of your full-day event timeline, floor plans, and vendor production schedules

On-site presence and end-to-end execution on the big day (up to 12 hours)

Packages start at $2,000 for partial & $4500 for full planning

Final pricing will vary based on a number of factors including distance, venues, headcount, as well as scope of planning projects requested.
